  • Worked alongside project management to plan, track and follow up, keeping stakeholders accountable so deadlines and milestones were met.
  • Built and maintained the backlog in Azure DevOps, structuring epics, user stories and tasks with clear ownership and full transparency on status across teams.
  • Planned and facilitated daily stand-ups, status and strategic project meetings, turning discussion into documented action points and following them up.
  • Managed risks and dependencies across development, test and business to prevent bottlenecks and act proactively.
  • Acted as the link between 9 parallel workstreams, aligning expectations toward shared goals.

  • Facilitated and steered cross-sector working groups, creating progress, shared method and decision-making power in developing use cases and concepts.
  • Designed a standardised use-case template and assessment model (value, maturity, cross-cutting impact) used as a common basis for decisions.
  • Built a structured approach to map the data, technical and organisational prerequisites for selected use cases (Phase 1 delivery).
  • Drove discussions to concrete decisions through clear frameworks and scoping that kept focus on value.

A master's degree at the intersection of IT, business and organisation, with my thesis written in direct collaboration with Mjølner Informatics.

  • Specialised in project & change management, digital transformation and business development, working real cases with Vestas, Vestjysk Bank, IDA and OUH.
  • Master's thesis (with Mjølner Informatics as case company) on optimising internal knowledge sharing in hybrid teams, based on qualitative interviews and observations.
  • Delivered a practical framework for knowledge sharing across highly specialised teams, strengthening collaboration and innovation.
